Put your customers first, you will never lose.

In December 2018 I had a meeting with a client who planned to hire our company EasyLife Creative Studio to rebrand his business.

When he bring the sample of the new package he want, I told him that he need to think twice because the package alone will cost 25% of his production costs which is not sustainable considering the market he serve and the price of the product as well.

He insisted and we gave him what he asked for, three months later he ran out of cash and then dropped the package.

As of today, we have built about 200 websites and served over 300 clients.

In every interaction, we put customer return of investment (ROI) as a priority.

We believe when a customer loses we also lose because he will not return for more business.

I contacted a marketing company for business deals, and the sale lady focused so much on their pricing, that he didn’t even talk about my company and the problem I want to them to solve. I just told her that we’re not interested, we’re looking for a company who cares about us not only themselves.

    Some people are trying to borrow leaf when it comes to businesses. The essence of any business is to maintain standard and maximise profit. We need to be patience and steadfast for our business to improve. More power to your elbow 💪.
